Roller covers are versatile and can be used for many purposes, including light manufacturing and heavy-duty conveyor systems. They come in a range of materials and textures. You can choose from vinyl, soft urethane or hard plastic. These are used to reduce noise, cushion your product, provide traction, reduce scratching, mark, and move your product down the line once your rollers have stopped.
Use conveyor roller covers for:

You can choose from vinyl, vinyl, or UHMW roller covers depending on the product and conveyor requirements.
- Urethane Orange (soft, flexible and tight fitting): Traction for inclines and food transfer lines
- Vinyl – Black: Chemical resistance, corrosive.
- UHMW-Black (Hard, Nonflexible, Loose Fit): The cover keeps the product moving even when the rollers stop.
ROLLER COVER INSTALLATION & DIMENSIONS
Vinyl and soft flexible urethane covers can be fitted tightly using an air tool to slide the cover onto the conveyor roller. For a slip-on, loose fit, the UHMW non-flexible roller cover has an inner diameter of 1/8” larger than the roller. You can easily cut the length of your roller cover to your desired length by purchasing (+/- or.25 ”),. (Cover only. Conveyor roller is not included.
To ensure a snug fit, the inside dimensions of the Polyurethane slip-on roller cover are slightly smaller than those of the metal roller. The roller cover can be fitted tight using a sleeves installation air gun tool. Use personal protective equipment, such as gloves, safety glasses, earplugs, and other items, to ensure your safety.
CONVEYOR ROLLER COVERS – OTHER OPTIONS
Ultimation has your back when it comes to roller covers. Roller covers can be purchased in 5′ sections. You can then cut the material to your desired length and attach them yourself. For industrial customers, you can order in 10′ or 20′ lengths. We offer pre-cut roller covers to fit various sizes of conveyor rollers. Many gravity conveyors also come with pre-installed covers.
